The Blood Drained Cows
are a new trio fronted by guitarist/vocalist Gregg Turner, who first came to the attention of rock fans as a critic/editor of Creem magazine during their Boy Howdy heyday of the late '70s. He has also been known as a touring member of the Angry Samoans for the past 13 years. After moving to New Mexico in '91 he formed the Cows with two members of a local group called the Floors, drummer Tom Trusnovic and bassist Matt Miller (who interestingly is the grandson of the owners of the famed Roswell Ranch, the center of an extraterrestrial conspiracy study).
